This year we will recreate the biblical narrative of Christ using song and dance to embody the struggles of Mary and Joseph. Two iconic figures in history who both have controversial spaces in history, yet their story is filled with beauty and reverence.

We join these women as they search for love, clothes and dignity in a world that fails to recognize them amid a parade of stereotypical images.

SBF was a featured selection from
the August Wilson New Play Initiative.
